Hiding carrots and spinach

When I cook, I find ways to hide veggies in whatever I'm cooking, sometimes the kids don't have a clue, I like that! I love to fool my kids!

I made chocolate mousse, real chocolate mousse!!!

2 cups dark chocolate
2 Tablespoons butter
2 eggs
4 egg whites
5 Tablespoons sugar
2 cups heavy cream

1. Put chocolate in a microwave oven for 1-2 minutes or melt over sauce pan of simmering water. Stir until melted.
2. Add the butter to the chocolate and stir until melted.
3. Add the eggs and stir to combine
4. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites, adding the sugar gradually, until soft peaks form. whisk 1/3 of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture to loosen it, then fold in the remaining egg whites.
5. Whip the cream and fold it into the mousse mixture.
6. Pour the mousse into glasses, cover, and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Watch the smiles with the first bite!
